How Much Is Shipping?

Still Pinoy offers the following shipping charges for delivery within the U.S. At this time we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.

Shipping cost are determined by your order total. An additional charge of $6.00 will be added for each additional shipping address in a single order.

Still Pinoy uses Fed Ex Ground & UPS Ground for shipping.

How long will it take for our order to arrive?

Shipping times are 5-10 business days. This time frame is the expected number of business days it will take for an in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facility and delivered to you. (Business days mean Mon-Friday excluding holidays). In some cases merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.

At this time we only provide standard shipping.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Replace the product in its original packaging with the packaging slip and mail to:

For your security please return with an insured courier (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain the receipt. Still Pinoy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. As soon as we receive the product we will return your payment to the credit card you used or send you a check if you used a check as a method of payment.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?

If you are returning a product because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, Still Pinoy will provide you with a prepaid FedEx label just e-mail us at customerservice@stillpinoy.com and we will send you a label. Use this label to return the product in its original packaging with the packaging slip and we will mail you the right product or replace the defective product whichever is applicable.

How do I know that my credit card number is safe?

To ensure the security of our customers, Still Pinoy LLC uses PayPal to process all payments. Paypal is considered as one of the safest methods of online payments in the industry.

How can I send a free thank you card to the sender of my gift?

Just go to the contact us page, fill in your name & e-mail address and write your message (please limit your message to no more than three sentences). Also, add the reference number found in the card so we can retrieve the sender's information.
